Due to the generosity of the OMC Foundation, the Northern Lake YMCA has finished its state of the art Healthy Lifestyles Center!  Be sure to visit the Northern Lake YMCA and see this 10,000 Sq. Ft. fitness addition with over 80 new pieces of cardio and strength equipment. You can also experience group exercise classes in our stunning new aerobics room located on the second floor above our fitness center.

Fitness Equipment Orientations - FREE
Free to all new members! Equipment orientations are conducted free of charge on a scheduled basis. Sign up at the Welcome Center to request an orientation. Our trained staff will call you to schedule an orientation that fits your schedule. Staff will instruct you on the proper way to use the cardio and/or weight equipment. Sign up today!

• Ages 12 and over must complete a YMCA training course to use the fitness center.
• The Life Management Center is open to all members 16 years and older.
• NO CELL PHONES
• Proper workout attire is required.
• Only clear water is allowed past our lobby area.
• Please wipe down your machine after each use.
• Food and tobacco and metal buckled weight belts are not permitted.
• Children under 12 are not allowed in the fitness center at any time even when with a parent
